This four-week practical course in re-wilding is hosted by The Conservation Volunteers (TCV) at the Greenwich Peninsula Ecology Park, a haven for wildlife just off the River Thames. It offers LGBTQ+ people hands-on opportunities to learn about a variety of species and conservation through habitat management, led by experienced officers. They will teach techniques for creating and maintaining habitats, with each day centred on a different one: meadows, wetlands, woodlands and shingle beaches. The practical training days offer an inclusive and friendly learning environment for LGBTQ+ people. Wellies and waders provided.
In partnership with TCV at Greenwich Peninsula Ecology Park.
